Crispy Chicken and Italian Vegetables

1 lb. baby new red potatoes, halved
4 chicken leg quarters (1-1/2 lb.), skin removed
1 pkt. Crispy Seasoned Coating Mix
1 red peppers, julienned
1 cup Zesty Italian Dressing

PREHEAT oven to 400°F. Pour 1/4 C. of the zesty italian dressing in a bowl. Coat chicken with dressing and then in coating mix to cover. Place chicken in greased baking pan. Put potatoes, red pepper, and the remaining dressing in a ziplock bag and shake to coat. Place in pan around chicken.
BAKE
40 min. or until chicken is cooked through (165°F) and potatoes are tender.
