Steak Enchiladas


Ingredients:
1 lb. steak
10 tortillas
1 can Tomato Sauce
1 can Rotel
1 can Black Beans
1 onion

Directions:
Brown steak in a skillet. While the steak is cooking, dice up the onion, put 3/4 of it in a large mixing bowl and keep the rest out. Add the tomato sauce, rotel, and black beans (drained) to the mixing bowl and mix well. Grease a 9x13 pan. Take a tortilla and fill it with mixture and some beef, roll it up, and put it in the pan. Continue until all 10 tortillas are done. Spread remaining mixture on top and then put onions on. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
